Reservation Policies – Cancellation – Regulations

Booking Policy

• Reservations made less than 30 days in advance must be paid in full upon confirmation.
• Reservations made more than 31 days in advance require 50% payment of the total amount to be confirmed.
• Properties cannot be rented for more than 14 consecutive days.
• The maximum occupancy limit per property cannot be exceeded.

Cancellation Policy

• To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days prior to check-in.
• If they cancel between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in, they will receive a 50% refund of all nights.
• If they cancel less than 7 days prior to check-in, they will be charged 100% of all nights.

PROPERTY RULES

1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house, a penalty of US$200 in case guest smoke inside the house.
2. Pets are NOT allowed.
3. Please take care of our property for the next guests.
4. Parties and loud music are NOT allowed; you can play music meanwhile do not disturb the neighbors. After 10 PM any type of noise is NOT allowed.
5. We reserve the right of admission, in case guests do not follow any of these guidelines and will be subject to leave the property without any compensation.
6. For the safety and privacy of our guests, the property is exclusive for the total of guests booked in the AirBnB reservation. Visitors or extra people not reported in the reservation will pay US$20 per person per night plus AirBnB fees. Each visitor or extra guest must be reported to us prior arrival to the house, the total number of people in the house cannot be more than the house capacity advertised.
7. Consumption of illegal drugs are not allowed and will be reported to the local police.
8. Early Check In or Late Check out will depend on availability, guests always must ask for this service at least 24 hours before Check In or Check Out time and it will have an extra cost.
9. If you do not Check Out at 11 AM, we will charge US$100 per hour extra hour, it is a busy property we need to have the house ready by 3 PM.
10. Check In process will be in our office, no exceptions. Guests must present a valid ID for Check In process.
11. If the guests lost the keys with the remote control of the gate will have a penalty of $100.
12. Every time you leave the property; you must activate the alarm and lock your valuables in the safe. We are not responsible for the loss of valuables if you do not use the alarm system and safety deposit box in the property.
