Booking Policy

• Reservations made less than 30 days in advance must be paid in full upon confirmation.
• Reservations made more than 31 days in advance require 50% payment of the total amount to be confirmed.
• Properties cannot be rented for more than 14 consecutive days.
• The maximum occupancy limit per property cannot be exceeded.

Cancellation Policy

• To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days prior to check-in.
• If they cancel between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in, they will receive a 50% refund of all nights.
• If they cancel less than 7 days prior to check-in, they will be charged 100% of all nights.

PROPERTY RULES

1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house.
2. Pets are NOT allowed.
3. Please take care of our property for the next guests.
4. Parties and loud music are NOT allowed, you can play music meanwhile do not disturb the neighbors. After 10 PM any type of noise/music is NOT allowed.
5. We reserve the right of admission, in case guests do not follow any of these guidelines and will be subject to leave the property without any compensation.
6. For the safety and privacy of our guests visitors/extra people are not allowed during your stay, the property is exclusive for the total of guests booked in the AirBnB reservation. Visitors or extra people detected on the property have to leave immediately and we will report to AirBnB.
7. Please let me know your arrival time to program your check in, if you are planning arriving after 8 PM please tell us before make the reservation.
8. Save electricity to keep lower rates.
7. Consumption of illegal drugs are not allowed and will be reported to the local police.

9. We are Pura Vida people and we like people that come to enjoy, respect, take care of our property and our natural resources; but we are very strict when people do not pay attention to our rules.
