Reservation Policies – Cancellation – Regulations

Booking Policy

• Reservations made 30 days or less before arrival must be paid in full at the time of confirmation.
• Reservations made 31 days or more in advance require a 50% deposit of the total amount to secure the booking.
• Properties may not be rented for more than 14 consecutive days.
• The maximum occupancy established for each property must be respected at all times.

Cancellation Policy

• Guests are eligible for a full refund when canceling at least 30 days prior to the check‑in date.
• Cancellations made between 7 and 30 days prior to check‑in will receive a 50% refund of all nights.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check‑in are non‑refundable, and 100% of all nights will be charged.

PROPERTY RULES
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house. A US$200 penalty will be applied if smoking occurs indoors.
2. Pets are NOT allowed. If a guest enters the property with a pet, we will proceed with the cancellation of the reservation and apply the corresponding penalty.
3. Please take care of the property for future guests.
4. Parties and loud music are NOT allowed. You may play music as long as it does not disturb the neighbors. After 10 p.m., any type of noise is prohibited.
5. We reserve the right of admission. If guests do not follow these rules, they will be required to leave the property without any refund.
6. For the safety and privacy of our guests, the property is exclusive to the total number of guests included in your reservation. Visitors are not allowed.
7. The consumption of illegal drugs is not permitted; any incident will be reported to the local police.
8. Early Check-In or Late Check-Out will depend on availability. Guests must request this service at least 24 hours before the official Check-In or Check-Out time
9. If guests do not leave at the indicated time, after a 30‑minute grace period and up to 1 hour, a charge of 50% of the nightly rate will apply. After 1 hour, a full nightly rate will be charged, without this implying that the guest may remain on the property.
10. – In case of lost keys, a US$80 penalty will be applied.
